The
ATC Assistant's position. The Flight Progress strips are printed on the
right. The computer screen on the left is used to produce the 'ATIS' a
synthesized weather and airfield information service broadcast continuously.
The screen on the right shows aircraft movements, colour coded as are the
flight progress strips - blue for departures and yellow for arrivals.
